The Renaissance of the Jewish Theater
Until 1938, the Jewish theater was one of the most significant niches in the Viennese art and in Austria in general. In fact, only in the last decade it regained its place under the spotlights.
It happened also because of the public issue of the ownership over the mythological Nestroyhof building, a subject which was discussed vastly. Well, one good thing came out of the story, actually two: Today there are two Jewish stages in Vienna.
